Ingredients:
prawns (I usually use frozen ones, but if I find them fresh are waaay better!)
tomatoes onion
lemon juice, parsley
extra virgin olive oil salt and pepper
Preparation:
Brush with the extra virgin olive oil, a pan, add the cleaned shrimp, shelled and cleaned by the trickle of the intestine.
Combine the tomatoes washed and cut in half the onion into thin slices and lemon juice ... for this regulator according to your taste. I usually use a lemon.
salt and pepper, a final sprinkle with olive oil and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour.
