These days I'm embroidering for a charity project, are already well under way, but I have not photographed my progress, so Also today, we saddled another recipe ....


This time is a great main course, chicken fricassee, recipe that I found on Blog Gaia, she celiac ... I am posting the recipe for "almost" the original ... Gaia has in fact used the asparagus, but I was careful and, as even the artichokes were good and they had at home, I used those o)

Ingredients: 600 g chicken breast


dry white wine 2 lemons juicy
3 egg yolks
a handful of parsley oil

salt pepper

artichokes (I used frozen ones)

Preparation: Boil the cloves
artichokes in boiling water for several minutes. In a separate pan, add flavor to the garlic and chopped parsley. Combine the sauce and cook the artichokes in the pan for a few minutes, making them jump from time to time. Before you finish cooking, add the artichokes with the wine and salt and pepper.
Cut the chicken into small cubes and fry in a little oil. When they are well browned, add salt and half a glass of white wine. Cook for a quarter of an hour, possibly adding a little 'warm water if it attacks.
In separating the yolks from the clear (not used in this preparation), squeeze the lemons, and beat the yolks with the lemon.
chop the parsley. When the chicken is cooked, remove from heat, and pour into the pan the egg yolks with lemon juice. Mix well: the egg must not coagulate, but must remain a smooth sauce.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley, stir and add the artichokes to the past.

A cake ... green! Blog candy

I have a little 'intrigued with the title of this post? Yes, this cake is really green! It is also very good!


me the recipe has passed Tiziana, the same one that gave me the recipe for coconut cupcakes .... remember them?
Why has this color? Read the recipe and find out ... o)



Ingredients:

3 eggs 1 cup of yogurt with coconut
1 / 4 of jar (the yogurt ...) oil

1 jar of sugar 3 cups white flour 1 jar

grated coconut 1 jar of mint syrup ... this is the secret of color, or)
1 package yeast 1 pinch of salt

nutella and coconut to decorate

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, combine all ingredients in and mix well ..... I usually use the food processor.
Grease and flour a cake pan, pour the mixture and bake for 40 minutes, however, to be sure you do the test with a toothpick.
When cooked, sfornatela and when cool, spread the surface with Nutella and sprinkle with the grated coconut. It has a special flavor because the mint and coconut ... very cool!

course I did my usual changes: instead of white flour I used 2 cups of rice flour and a potato starch and baking powder is the Easyglut, gluten-free.

Is Plan B Painful 2010?

How long since last post ... almost 3 weeks and how much time away from your blog ... sometimes I do, this "does not" want to your computer. .. But since I
are "scolding" (see: Lucia; o)) because I do not update anymore, and because I want to see your wonders, is ticked you cook, or) I am writing today and I do a little something around "at home "you: o)

... here an overview of the work .... and I have finished the third of the tiles Sal LHN Inspirational Verses.

Every time I prepare for these color schemes, seem to me, I do not know .... ill matched, but then when I finished the embroidery, I love it!
