Ingredients:
3 eggs 1 cup of yogurt with coconut
1 / 4 of jar (the yogurt ...) oil
1 jar of sugar 3 cups white flour 1 jar
grated coconut 1 jar of mint syrup ... this is the secret of color, or)
1 package yeast 1 pinch of salt
nutella and coconut to decorate
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, combine all ingredients in and mix well ..... I usually use the food processor.
Grease and flour a cake pan, pour the mixture and bake for 40 minutes, however, to be sure you do the test with a toothpick.
When cooked, sfornatela and when cool, spread the surface with Nutella and sprinkle with the grated coconut. It has a special flavor because the mint and coconut ... very cool!
course I did my usual changes: instead of white flour I used 2 cups of rice flour and a potato starch and baking powder is the Easyglut, gluten-free.
