Today I am shit.
not saying much to say, I'm the shit for real.
I slept very little last night, I woke up at six and a quarter 'cause I had to work this morning, I had exposure to the market with my creazioncine (make a little heart) but ....... I have a crazy back pain, lower back all cry out for vengeance, I pinprick of pain due to cold and of the efforts which have proved to be excessive, 'cause maybe I do not know .... wonder woman I am no longer able to rest even when relaxing at home I could not sleep.: (
Blessed are those who touch the bed as they sleep at any hour, any physical condition and with any background noise ...... ................... What a piece of ass.

And now I'm more or less under these conditions, remove the bear from hands and add 20 inches of hair to this zombie ambulatory.'s me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !
I have to go out after dinner, if anyone has a magic wand here send me the ten minutes that I have chores to do on my person!
