That translated into words, lays bare one of my ... um ... weaknesses
'm one of those people that when you go shopping, then drive opens the bag of bread and begins to eat already on the seat when in motion. And then while I drive sometimes nibbled a piece!!
Obviously I do not always happen, but if I'm hungry .. .... hell yeah!
I do it with chips, or cookies.
So all dietary carbohydrates and without saying: D
